Welcome to the Groom's Cottage

Located in West Devon, a few minutes from the ancient Market Town of Holsworthy, and in the heart of the Ruby Country, yet just 20 minutes from the West Coast of Cornwall and its glorious beaches

The cottage sleeps up to five, has a fully equipped kitchen and a herb garden to raid for those extra touches. The play area has a 16 ft. trampoline, swing and climbing frame – and half an acre of mown grass for other games!

We have some of Devon’s most beautiful and unspoilt countryside. We enjoy the warmer weather of the west coast with magical Indian summers sometimes stretching well into November – ideal for out of season breaks.

The holiday cottage drive

Beaches for swimming, surfing - or just relaxing. Moors and forests to walk and picnic in, castles to explore, and wonderful local produce and restaurants. Oh - don’t forget Devon cream teas!
